Sports Coach Attends BMW PGA Championship
Prior to 1984, The European Tour’s flagship event has been played on many of Britain's finest golf courses. However, once settling at Wentworth, the PGA Championship has remained there ever since. The West course has challenged several champions, including the likes of Seve Ballesteros, Colin Montgomerie and four times winner Nick Faldo. This year's championship was as close as any with Luke Donald claiming the trophy after an intense battle with Lee Westwood. 94,000 spectators attended the four day event, with many enjoying the entertainment provided in the tented village. Amongst the exhibitors, UPS presented an Eco simulator which premiered the Sports Coach Ultimate Academy - a three screen golfing experience on the famous par 3 second hole that also features automatic live video playback showing players swing positions and post shot performance statistics.
