Unmanned Golf Simulator Opens in Holland

Golfin' the City, in the Hague, Holland offers a golfing experience without having to leave the city. As golf courses in Holland can be less than inviting over the winter months, golfers can still have fun by playing indoors at this newly established un-manned facility. The weather no longer affects the comfort of the winter golfer. Instead, relax with a coffee or tea whilst enjoying a round, leaving the winter weather outside. The building, which is the former stables of the Royal Guard and dates back to 1892, houses a professional Sports Coach golf simulator that is operated using a credit system and can be played by up to four players. An overhead and side camera records the first 3 meters of ball flight, and reproduces the remainder of the ball flight on screen. The facility can be acessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week following online registration and booking. Visit http://www.golfin-the-city.nl/ for more details.
