Sports Simulator used on World Cup Trophy Tour

2014 is the third time that the Original FIFA World Cup Trophy is on tour around the world, visiting 88 countries over 267 days. Beginning its journey in Rio de Janeiro on 12 September 2013, the cup recently arrived in Zagreb, Croatia, where fans were given the chance to enjoy a rare close-up view of the authentic FIFA World Cup Trophy. The event  also included several interactive displays and entertainment. Amongst them, a HD Football Sports Simulator was installed to promote the brand and offer an interactive feature for guests. Utilising the Football Goal Scorer Challenge, participants were offered the opportunity to compete against each other in the very realistic Maracana stadium and score points based on the complexity and accuracy of their shot. As with all of the trophy tour destinations, the event was very well attended with many having the chance to play the sports simulator. The trophy will travel around the world for nine months before returning to the country that will host the 2014 FIFA World Cup: Brazil.
